Nutnola Mummy Bars

For #Halloween, we're satisfying our sweet tooth with a spooky snack everyone and their "mummy" will love!

INGREDIENTS

1 jar Square Root Chocolate Chia Nutnola Butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup GF oats
1 cup mix-ins (pistachios, dried fruit, chocolate chips, coconut, anything!)
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup white chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix Square Root Chocolate Chia Nutnola Butter and maple syrup in a bowl.
Add gluten-free oats, your mix-ins, and salt. Mix to combine.
2. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and press the mixture into the pan. 3. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes. Remove and slice into 8 bars. Drizzle with melted white chocolate chips to create the mummy wrapping and add mini chips for the eyes.
