Is there any Halloween candy that is better than a Twix Bar?! No way. They're the perfect combination of a buttery homemade biscuit and dreamy caramel encased in a thick layer of chocolate.

Makes: 16 bars
Ingredients:
Crust:

¼ c coconut flour

½ c almond flour

¼ c coconut oil, melted

2 Tbsp maple syrup
Caramel:

1 cup pitted soaked dates

Pinch of salt
Chocolate coating:

1 c chocolate chips, dairy free if that's your thing

2 tsp coconut oil
Instructions

Preheat to 350. Line loaf with parchment

Combine curst, press into pan. Bake 10, cool 10 mins.

Make caramel in food processor. Spread over crust and set in freezer for an hour.

Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave.

Cut in 16 pieces and dip in chocolate, sprinkle salt, place in fridge/freezer to set.

Store in freezer.
