Healthy 4 Ingredient Pumpkin Fudge!! There was no way we were going to make it all the way through October without a pumpkin recipe?!
This fudge couldn't be easier.
Ingredients:

1/4 cup coconut oil

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice, optional
Instructions

Prep your fudge mold: collect a silicone liner or line an loaf pan or parchment paper and set aside

In a microwave safe bowl, melt your maple cinnamon nutnola butter with coconut oil. Add your pure maple syrup then stir through your pumpkin puree until fully combined.

Pour mixture into mold or lined baking dish and refrigerate until firm.

Remove from mold or loaf pan and cut into squares.

Store in the freezer and enjoy!
