- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tablespoons nutnola or almond butter
- 1 Tablespoon flax meal
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup cauliflower, steamed and frozen
- 1 cup almond milk
- Toppings: Square Root Nutnola
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until combined.
