Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Turning a breakfast classic into a smoothie with this blueberry muffin smoothie! Packed with hidden veggies and lots of goodies, this smoothie will keep you full for hours.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tablespoons nutnola or almond butter
  • 1 Tablespoon flax meal
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower, steamed and frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Toppings: Square Root Nutnola

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until combined.
  2. Top with nutnola and ENJOY!
